Who is this course for?
This course is aimed at Managers and Senior Staff. It covers topics including: experiential learning; risk assessments; facilitation skills; programme design; safety and security; staff management and equipment.
If you are a Manager/Senior Staff, it is recommended that you complete this or a similar course after successful completion of either a Traditional High or Low Ropes Course Instructor Training.
There will be both practical and theory sessions to enable the group to cover the entire syllabus.

General Requirements
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Hold an in-date First Aid certificate
- Must be confident at height
- Good physical condition, able to partake in the activity
- At least one day prior experience on a high ropes course is required. This could be provided at the beginning of the training course
