We were very pleased to be involved with this project with Thriftwood Scouts. A Twin Zip Wire over their pond.
A Zip Wire is always exciting, but a zip wire over water has an extra element which people seem to love.
The project took a few weeks as we had to go down and get the concrete foundations in for the steel structure. The steel will mean this Zip Wire lasts a long amount of time, so is a good move where possible. We then went back, once the concrete had set and our steelworks had been fabricated to our engineers specifications, to finish the activity. Thriftwood have now been using the Zip Wire for a little while and their young people are loving it!
