We are currently looking to recruit Freelance staff (with the possibility of it leading to a permanent contract) to work alongside our team building high ropes courses. The role involves working at height, so experience of this is desirable. If you have a Level 1 IRATA qualification then it will come in handy, but we also value SRT and relevant climbing qualifications. Ideally, we would prefer at least 2 years’ experience of work at height.
Importantly, the successful candidate will be confident using a range of carpentry/joinery tools and other site machinery. If you have experience of driving Plant hire machinery, this will also be desirable.
Please note that we are NOT looking for outdoor instructors to operate high ropes courses.
We operate throughout the UK and, as such, the role involves working away from “home” on a regular basis. Food and accommodation will be provided on these occasions. The hourly rate of pay will be dependent on skills and experience. In addition, there will be an opportunity for continuous personal development and you will be fully supported in the role.
