We are currently looking to recruit Freelance staff to work alongside our team building and maintaining high ropes courses. The role involves working at height, so experience of this is essential. If you have an appropriate ropes course qualification, e.g. Level 1 IRATA that would be beneficial, but we also value SRT and relevant climbing qualifications. Ideally, we would prefer at least 2 years’ experience of work at height preferably in the outdoor industry. Importantly, the successful applicants will be familiar using a variety of hand tools and other site machinery as well as have working knowledge of high ropes courses. Please note that we are NOT looking for outdoor instructors to operate high ropes courses.
You will work throughout the UK and Europe and, in return for your hard work, we offer food and suitable accommodation where necessary as well as a staff uniform. The hourly rate of pay will be dependent on skills and experience. In addition, there will be an opportunity for continuous personal development and you will be fully supported in the role.
